House share perfect for student at Stirling Uni

Looking for a student to rent our spare room. Fully furnished and with en-suite, cupboard, 2 side cabinets and computer desk. You'll be sharing with a family couple (Catherine and Radek - Polish/ now UK citizen) and daughter Colette 3 years old already live in the property for 6 years. Shared kitchen, living room, and garden space/patio. Parking area available. Access to their own small fridge and cupboard for food.

Room would be available during University term times. We sometimes have visitors at Christmas we'd prefer the room not be rented at that time in particular although we'd be happy to store items for short periods in the cupboard.

We'd expect the student to cook for themselves and take a turn in cleaning the kitchen. We are looking for someone who is dedicated to their studies and will be diligent

Our new house mate .... must like and tolerate children! :)
We do have a young child (she's very cute) we'd expect a bit of quiet around her bedtime routine 7.30pm (ish)

Lovely property, quite street perfect for studying 10-15 minute drive from Stirling Campus. Bus route also available from Tullibody main street. Relaxed family Catherine (Mum) Works from Home (WFH) a number of days a week and will be using the study downstairs.
