3 bedroom house, shared living room and bathroom

As my dad is the landlord, it has fallen onto me to get another tenant, the house is going through some major renovations but you can still access the facility’s greatly, an old man used to live here therefore he left a lot of mess behind but don’t worry, I’ll be getting as much done as I can throughout the week and weekends, please be respectful of the neighbors and if you plan to have more than 3 people round please inform me firstly, I expect you to come home and relax while I do most of the work on renovation, your room is currently a changing room but if your happy with living here you may decorate it how you please I will have it all empty by the time you move in and it will be plain white and it will be up to you to get funiture and other items for your room, I’d also like to mention that there’s a few rules, rule 1, always keep the kitchen and bathroom tidy, rule 2, if you are a smoker please try smoke outside on the front step, rule 3 respect each other’s privacy (there are locks on the bedroom doors, but if for any reason the door isn’t locked and the tenant who’s room it is, isn’t in please don’t enter his/hers room unless they gave you permission., although it seems messy now, once the decorating starts and all the mess is clear this will be a decent house
