We have a good sized, fully furnished, double room available to rent.
We have sky tv, Netflix, Disney plus and amazon prime all available in the shared living room. We would like our housemate to feel comfortable to spend time with us in the shared communal spaces however, we respect people’s privacy and there is another sitting room in the house if you would prefer your own space.
We have two dogs, one calm 6year old Labrador that’s incredibly laid back and one slightly more excitable Nova Scotia duck tolling retriever!
We have off street parking should you need it.
We have two bathrooms. The main bathroom has a bath, shower and toilet and the second bathroom has a shower and toilet.
The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in walking distance of a local shop. We live 2minutes walk from a main bus route to Stockton, Middlesbrough and Darlington. A 2minute drive to the a66, 10minutes to the a19 and 20minutes to the a1m.
