Bright double room

Hi,

I have a double room available to rent. It is unfurnished so you would be welcome to do it yourself. Or if you need me I can furnish the room but will need more time. It does have a bed & mattress in it.

It’s got grey carpet, there’s also built In shelves. It’s clean and ready to go,
The bathroom is upstairs next to your room. It’s also clean, has a bath and over the bath shower.

I have 2 friendly cats so cat person is preferred. But you don’t have to have them in your room (obviously, lol)

I live in a 2/3 bed terraced house In Hartlepool in which I share with my female partner. She works constantly.

I like to have my house a home and anyone who would be here would be made to feel very comfortable.

I do smoke in my house, but most of the time you couldn’t tell. I have plug-ins, my windows are open and I’m obsessed with wax melts.

I am looking for someone who is respectful to my home, cats and us! Who would look after the stuff they’re using and just to be tidy.

There’s no locks on your bedroom, neither mine. Or anywhere, I would hope that we could trust one another.

I have everything needed In my kitchen, there’s not much space in the fridge but I’m looking at getting a bigger one or even a small one just for yourself to use. There is all fully working appliances. Dishwasher, microwave, washing machine.
I did have a tumble dryer but it’s recently broken so I’m replacing it soon. But there’s plenty of space for your own airer. And radiator space.

I have Virgin WiFi which is unlimited, also virgin tv & Netflix.

There is parking right outside my home.

I am a genuine person who can talk your ear off sometimes but knows when to shut up!! You can have complete privacy or you could sit with us in the lounge.
