The room is fully furnished with a queen size bed, bedside table with a lamp, with 6 drawer chest and a dressing table with drawer.

- fully fitted kitchen with all new appliances, including washing machine, tumble dryer, cooker and hob, larder fridge, larder freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc. The kitchen contains plenty of cupboard space as well.

About my house & location.
It is a 3 bedroom house, with a large kitchen and garden space with a patio.
Local shops are within a 5 minute walk, and is 2 minutes walk to a lake, which is lovely for walks. It is about 3.4 miles away from the town centre with a bus stop round the corner from the house.

Ideal lodger.
Someone who is easy going, who is tidy and respectful, and doesn’t mind dogs.

About me
I work full time Mon - Friday 9-5. On an evening I’m either chilling or out the house with my friends and family. I do have a dog Buddy (golden retriever). He is very gentle but also very playful, so you must like dogs.

All bills and fibre broadband included.
