Hi, I need to find replacement for my room as, unfortunately my plans changed.

En-suite cosy room on the 1st floor faces backyard. So, you won’t hear any car noises overnight/early morning. You’ll have all brand new furniture (I lived there only 2 months), comprising double bed with space for storage underneath, desk, chair, 2 drawer bedside table, and wardrobe. HOUSE
This is HMO with all rooms being en-suite; you share only kitchen/living area. The house was recently renovated and all flooring has been changed. You’ll have high-speed wifi, central heating, washing machine tumble dryer combo, TV, all kitchen appliances/ cutlery etc.

PRICE
360/month with all bills included (electricity, gas, internet, council tax)

CLEANING
There’s cleaning service every 2 weeks + for additional pay you could arrange your room to be cleaned.

LOCATION
Teeside Uni is 8 minute walk, city centre + all shops in 15 min walk. JCUH is within 30 min walk. Transort – great link with bus stop being in front of the house. There’s also parking space in front of the house (dedicated to the house).

OTHER FLATMATES
All working professionals, very respectful, considerate and tidy. No parties, no late hour noises, all non-smokers.

LEGAL BIT
You’ll sign a 6-month fixed term contract with Agency.

I left the property, I won’t be able to show you around. I will redirect you to the agency and they will arrange viewing.
