Bills are included on a fair usage basis. Council tax is ONLY included for students and you MUST provide a copy of your student exemption certificate showing the correct address, at the start of your tenancy.

If you are not a student a council tax supplement of £40 per month would be added to the shown rent to cover your contribution to council tax.
