We will keep the house clean and tidy enough so it is welcoming but not so much so you feel afraid to "live" in it! We are looking for a considerate and sociable housemate who is happy to live in a similar way would be great. A pet can be considered.

The house is in a very quiet neighbourhood and situated within a friendly cul-de-sac. The property is furnished and benefits from a quiet rural feeling setting with woodlands to the rear of us (if you listen carefully you might happen to hear the donkeys from the local Daisy Chain Charity Centre). The property is conveniently situated for access to the A1, A19 and A66.
