Our house is in the middle of a leafy High Street near to shops, bars & restaurants, with links to Stockton and Middlesbrough & a 2 minute walk from the Tyne Tees Express to Newcastle. Head of household is a sociable female with male housemates aged 25 & 35 who have shared here since 2019 & 2021. The house has 4 bedrooms. The loft bedroom available has a double bed, desk space, tv, fitted wardrobe and en-suite with wc and washbasin. As well as the main bathroom there is a further ensuite bathroom in the house. The loft bedroom is adjacent to a large playroom living space with couch, a guest sofa bed and large TV .On the ground floor is a shared large country kitchen with open fire , a music living room and another TV sitting room, There is a separate laundry /cloakroom area with washing machine & dryer. Gas & electricity, Council tax, TV licence, broadband and Netflix. The communal spaces are cleaned once a week.
Cleaning, kitchen and laundry consumables are included in the rent. There is a large garden & offstreet parking. It is a warm, cosy and very friendly household but a large enough house to hide away if you prefer.
