House has shared lounge and dining room. Shared bathroom and second WC downstairs. Parking available on the front garden for a smaller car. Kitchen with all the basics including washing machine. Garage storage can be used if you have a bicycle etc.
Household includes Vera the cat. She is 7, likes snoozing on her cat tower, warm places and playing chase around the house. Vera is an indoor only cat.
I work full time 9-5 Mon-Fri out of the home. I'm mostly quiet, although I like the radio on sometimes. This is a non-smoking house, but you are welcome to smoke in the garden.
House is walking distance from centre of Redcar, Redcar Central station, and the beach. Close to bus stop and walking distance from Tesco and Morrisons.
