With a large shared kitchen and luxury bathroom. Large refurbished living room with an LG G1 65" Smart TV. We have also just added a brand new American fridge freezer. The living room benefits from all sky, BT, sports and movie channels.

The house comes with high speed 1GB broadband throughout (full house coverage), ALL BILLS included.

The house also benefits from a cleaner who does a full house clean of all communal areas once a fortnight.

All bedrooms have been recently refurbished to a high standard with new plastering, electrics, furniture and new beds throughout. The finish is to a high spec standard.

Our property aims to be your home, not your standard £50 per week student rental. Our tenants are carefully selected to ensure the right "fit" as we are all friends within the house.
