In a detached quiet home large family home. Longer term may be considered. Room is furnished and price is fully inclusive of all bills. There is one adult living in the property, working full time and so are looking for someone similar.

The house is directly off 1829 way (A66 & A19) with close links to the A1M via the A689, within short drive of the North Yorkshire Moors Country Park and beautiful coastal towns Saltburn by-the Sea, Whitby, and is perfectly situated for quick access to Stockton, Middlesbrough, Billingham, Norton, Darlington, Durham, Sunderland and Newcastle by road, rail from Thornaby or Egglescliffe train stations or buses which stop just around the corner.

The property has plenty of space to relax, a large kitchen/diner, separate living rooms with plenty of space for relaxing. Full use of the living room is included and there is also a TV in the bedroom. The bedroom itself has its own private ensuite and is self contained so you will have your own private space. It comes with built in wardrobes (large), and bedside tables beside the bed. The entire room is finished to a high standard with new carpets throughout.

Locally within a few mins walk are bus stops, a post box, railways stations at Thornaby and Egglescliffe are within reasonable short walking distance. There are also pedestrian and cycle paths rights across Ingleby Barwick.

Tesco and Co-op supermarkets, a post office, dentist, doctors, various takeaways, chemist, an Italian restaurant, several late night convenience stores, coffee houses, pubs. The main library is within a few minutes walk, as is the new IB leisure centre complex, with gym and swimming pool and the golf course, club house, shop and restaurant is within a few mins walk of the house.

BT Internet is included in the price and the phone signal within the property is good.
