We are listing this room on behalf of our son/brother, the home owner, who is currently travelling Australia and would like a lodger to share this home with his current tenant, female PHD student.

The room also comes with it's own private bathroom as the current tenant uses an en-suite. However, some access of the bath may be required from time to time.
