Double Bedroom close to North Tees Hospital

Furnished double bedroom available over the road from North Tees Hospital.
I’m a full time nurse at North Tees and the second housemate is a prison officer and we currently have one bedroom available for both long or short term lets.
There will be shared access to the living room and kitchen but your bedroom will be your own space. There is a garage that I use for storage and both front and back gardens. There is a gate in the back garden leading onto the hospital car park. There is a shared bathroom which will be predominantly yours as I tend to use the shower in my en suite more than the bath.
I’m looking for a respectful and trustworthy housemate to help share the cost of living who is easy to live with, professional or student professional preferred.
I’m tidy and clean and would appreciate tenants to be the same.
I enjoy a movie binge and beach trips, Paddleboarding, board games etc but I can leave you to your own devices if preferred!

Please note that I am a gay female so tenants would need to be LGBT friendly as a must.

I have three cats and two dogs so potential tenants would have to be animal lovers and understand that accidents do happen occasionally but I will clean these. We do have visiting children every other weekend.

Property is a 3 bed mid terrace townhouse new build, council tax (b), water, electric, gas etc all included in the rent. You will be expected to buy your own food and toiletries.
