Hi, I am a 43 year old professional female and I live in a 3 bed semi-detached house which is approximately a 7- 10min walk from North Tees Hospital in Stockton. The house is in a quiet, friendly street and has a good sized back garden. Parking is available on the road just outside the house.
The room available is a double bedroom and comes fully furnished. Wifi is available throughout the house. The bathroom is a shared one, but as I am the only other person living in the house - there shouldn't be too much of a queue! All the bills are included in the rent, bar the telephone (landline), where I would get an itemised bill if you needed to use it.
You will of course be able to fully use and access the kitchen and downstairs rooms as and when you need. Local amenities: shops, library, bus stop plus large supermarket are within easy walking distance.
I am looking for someone who is respectful and conscientious to move in with me. I am open to considering short term full time lets.
