1 mile from North Tees. I have a semi-detached house on Kendal Road in Grangefield, Stockton. I've spent the past few years renovating the house, everything apart from the bricks is pretty much brand new.

The house has three bedrooms, two doubles and a single which I have turned into a study. Downstairs has a living room and a large open plan kitchen-diner at the back of the house.

The room to let is a double size room with bay window, chest of draws wardrobe and full length freestanding mirror. The bed is a single daybed style with an additional pull out mattress so can be made into a double easily (up to the lodger to decide if they would want the extra space or a double bed). The bed is new pocket sprung Laura Ashley mattress.

The bathroom has both free standing bath and 3/4 walk in shower. I have recently had the garden (approx 6m x 13m) landscaped with a patio, lawn and veg plot.

Everything is finished to a high standard, I haven't skimped on any of the interior (farrow & ball paint, wool carpets and karndean flooring). The street is lovely and quiet, especially on weekends.
