Live in landlord andJack Russel dog. Parking. Lovely relaxing garden. Shared kitchen, lounge, conservatory, utility and hall. The room is front aspect with two large windows, built in wardrobe, double bed with bedside table amd lamps, large bookcase, mirror, aerial for Tv. Sheets and towels changed weekly. Photo does not demonstrate size of room. The dog is 14 years old and likes to be ignored unless he thinks there is a chance of a walk.
I like the house kept fairly tidy in fairness to each other. I would prefer Monday to Fri let but will consider full week. House is close to golf club and 15 mins drive to Glan Clwyd Hospital. Abergele hospital is 5 mins drive away. About 40 mins drive to Chester or 25 min drive to Llandudno. TRain station is 25 min walk away. Tesco 15 min walk. Shops, cafes, post office, cash machine, good pubs and bistro all a short walk away. SNowdonia and Betws y coed about 50 min drive. Others in the house are quiet and considerate of each other. Not late nighters. Like the odd glass of wine and good food. Enjoy or are intetested in books, history, politics, health, environmental issues, mountain walks and cycling and probobly loads of other stuff. Would like to share with person with happy cheerful outlook who is considerate of others in the house and is independent and likes to live their own life.
