The room is available to move into at any time and can be semi-furnish or not, depending on your requirements The room has a bay window and is large enough for a wardrobe, a king or double bed (currently has a king) and a desk and/or a comfy arm chair.
There is a shared living/dinning room, a kitchen with a gas cooker and oven as well as a utility room. There is a garage that can be used for storage/ bike shed and plenty of parking
The house is located in the centre of Abergele with easy access to the A55 in both directions. The bus stop is a couple minute walk as well as shops and pubs.
