Double room to let
Hi, I'm Roxy, and I have a double room situated in a village approx 5 miles from Wrexham/Wrexham Maelor Hospital.
The room charge covers all bills (including wifi) except food.
It's just me and my Dalmation, Leo, here. We are friendly guys with a lot of interests.
I am currently studying at Glyndwr and work part-time.
We are approx 10 minutes from Wrexham, and it takes me about 20 minutes to the Wrexham Road Park and Ride on the south side of Chester.
Being an artist, my home is quirky and comfortable, in a quiet cul de sac with pretty gardens bordered by woodland to the rear, yet in easy reach of Wrexham, Chester and beyond.
The beautiful village of Bwlchgwyn has stunning countryside for walking and cycling, there is also a newly refurbished friendly pub at the end of my road! What more could you want??!
Please feel free to contact me if you are needing a room for a few nights/weeks for a short time whilst working here as that wouldn't be a problem either. This has worked very well for me in the past, as do 4 - 5 nights a week stays.
I would prefer part time stays (ie you working in the area), but will consider full time depending on your situation, and how we get along!
The room has lovely view of the rear garden, and is furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table/light and a small TV. You are welcome to bring your own TV.
There is a lounge, kitchen and garden room, the house has gardens on 3 sides, including a secluded patio area.
