The house is conveniently located in the village of Coedpoeth which is 5 minutes from Llandegla, 10 minutes from Wrexham and 20 minutes from Llangollen and Chester.

On the upper floor are three double bedrooms (I am considering letting the other two in future) and a guest sitting/TV room with mountain views. I work from home but have a separate office and bedroom downstairs. There is a shared kitchen, dining room and sunroom on the lower floor.

Outside there is parking on the driveway and a garden overlooking the valley. There is also a secure garage which could be used for storing a mountain bike as the area is excellent for mountain biking enthusiasts.

The local shops and bus routes are all within a couple of minutes walk and there are countless country walks and mountain hikes right on the doorstep.

All bills including high speed Internet are included.

I don't have any pets and don't smoke. Non-smoking professionals preferred but open to discussion and I will always try to be flexible.
