I have a spacious double room for rent in my home. The room is fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, freestanding wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. The room has a private bathroom with a powerful shower. The living space has a cosy lounge and a large open dining room which leads into the kitchen. The kitchen has a full size fridge/freezer, gas hobs, oven, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine, tumble dryer, kettle and toaster. The garden is south facing and has a patio area with a BBQ, dining table for four and a rattan sofa.

All bills included.

Located in the pretty village of Gresford with excellent local amenities including pubs, shops, beauticians, hairdressers, bakery and pharmacy. It is a 10 minutes drive into Wrexham and 15 minute drive into Chester. There is a bus stop approximately a 5 minute walk away that has links to both Chester and Wrexham (Number 1 bus). There is a double driveway at the back of the property too.

I am looking for a tidy and friendly housemate. No WFH.

Monday - Friday also considered £125 per week.
