A bright south-facing double bedroom is available in our spacious house share.
You would be sharing with three young people (female) who are respectful, tidy and friendly; bathroom is shared with only one other housemate.
We are 5 minutes drive to Bodelwyddan Glan Clwyd Hospital and the A55; own transport is a must in this rural location!
Peaceful place to live, communal vegetable/fruit garden, communal office/art space, cosy living room with fireplace and fully equipped large kitchen. We like having occasional social gatherings.
We also have pets (four cats), so you must be an animal lover.
We are looking for someone nice, respectful who will keep the place tidy/ cleans after themselves.
