Small double/Large single room

I am renting out my spare room in my 3 bed house between Bodelwyddan and St Asaph.

The room is bright and airy with countryside views. At the moment it has a single day bed in which pulls out into a large double. I would be happy to get rid of the day bed if you want to replace it with a double bed. There are 2 bedside units but no other furniture in the room.

The room is priced as such because I work away 4 days out of every 8 so you would have the house to yourself half the time. When I am home, I go out on day/overnight trips with my dog. Also priced as such because you will have access to the gym in the garden.

I have a little snug area in my kitchen and then my living room so there will always be the opportunity for your own space should you want to watch a film/read etc when I am home.

There are views over the Clwydian range from the front and countryside to the rear. A minutes drive from St Aspah Business park and a few minutes to Glan Clwyd hospital. Off road parking is available.

I'm a Firefighter so will sometimes come back off a night shift and need to sleep so my place would not suit someone who works from home full time because of this. And also...my Internet is sketchy because decent WiFi hasn't made it my way yet!

I'm looking for someone who will respect my home, tidy up after themselves and leave things as they find them. I'm also hoping you'll like to chat, maybe watch some Netflix, enjoy a dog walk with Peggy (my dog) and I and maybe even enjoy a sauna session from time to time (theres one in my gym)

I've rented rooms for 10 years previously and always get references. One from your current employer and one from your current landlord/lady. I also use a spare room contract.
