I am looking to rent out a very spacious master room with adjoining ensuite/wetroom with super king bed. Fully furnished with fitted wardrobes, tv point, access to fibre broadband and overlook large private gardens.

The house itself is extensive with 2 large living rooms and two dining rooms all of which have satellite TV points and access to sky. Large front garden and south facing back garden. Gym equipment is also available to use as well as games room with leather corner suite, large flat screen tv and pool table. The kitchen has all mod cons and has a separate utility room with American style fridge, washing machine etc. The property is secluded from the main road, with own private drive and plenty of secure parking space.

I am an Electrical engineer and my partner is a pharmacist. We spend most of our time in work during the week. Baring that in mind, the rooms would best suit someone who is also focused on work and doesn't want to party all the time. That said we are sociable, so when we are in together we will watch sports, movies etc and have a few drinks yet we also are respectful of people who enjoy their own space.. the house is large enough.

The property is a 5 minute drive from Airbus, 5-10 minutes from Chester business park and 2 minutes from the M56. Broughton shopping park is also less than a 5 minute drive (24hr Tesco, imax cinema, various other shops).

All bills included. A fortnightly cleaner is also provided.
