I am looking for a clean and tidy professional to rent my spare room in my modern top floor apartment. I am I am looking for someone who takes pride in the accommodation and cleans up after themselves.

The room itself has a bed and wardrobe space, There are 2 bathrooms within the house so the tenant would have there own modern bathroom which I completely decorated 2 years ago. The shower is really powerful and the room has excellent lighting and mirrors.

Very large open plan living room and kitchen, with large comfey sofa, large full HD televison. The kitchen has all pots, pans and cuttlery, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, hob, sink and washing machine. There is also a balcony, which is great in the summer to sit outside and to leave open to cool the apartment down.

WiFI is also included.
