Double room with sea v available for Lodging basis

Please set up your full Spareroom profile before I can respond..... Room available for Lodging in a very quiet neighbourhood. I am
a retired professional teacher and spend most of my time out of the house delivering carework and with hobbies.
The room is for 1, shared bathroom, flat screen TV with Freeview tv, double bed, and ample storage space. The lounge is shared though I am not much of a TV watcher.
I have a sleepy cat and would only accept someone who is cat friendly.
Included is Broadband access and all elec, gas and water bills. Main travel route is very close and a local bus stop is within 100 yds.
Requirement is a lodger in a professional occupation (strictly non-smoker as tobacco gives me migraines). A reference is required from current place of occupation or landlord/landlady. Rent is a month in advance (non-repayable if room vacated before end of the month already paid for...unless notice is given.) A deposit will hold the room for a maximum of 2 weeks whereby it will be advertised out again unless the first month's rent has been paid.
