Live in landlord. I don't stay here all the time, so you would have alone time part of the week/some weekends.
I sometimes look after a dog (a friendly collie) so you have to be ok with dogs.
The room is a large double with fitted wardrobes and drawers. There is an ensuite with shower.
Plenty of parking.
There is a bus stop in the village with buses to Ruthin and Mold. Both towns are approximately minutes drive away.
You are on the Offas Dyke footpath here, its beautiful countryside all around, woodland, hills and a river either side.
The garden is cottage style, overlooking the church, south facing.
