Double room Minera. MON-FRI.

A furnished double room in an old farm house. There is a tv in the room so you will have privacy if you require.
The property is just outside the village of Minera. Car makes life easier but not essential, the property has a yard that is used for parking. The bathroom is shared. Washing machine available. Price inclusive of bills.

Situated approx 4 miles outside Wrexham. There is a bus service every half hour from the village. 3 miles from A483 with easy access to Chester and major motorways. Also within easy access of Wrexham industrial estate, the market town of Mold and Broughton retail park or Airbus. I am in a rural area so it is very quiet. Being on the outskirts of a village is not for everyone.
I do not allow smoking on the property so a non smoker is preferable. Please also note the room is for 1 person only. No students. Must be professional in employment.
The village has a friendly local pub. There is a very popular mountain bike centre just 4 miles away in Llandegla. Llangollen is within easy reach over Worlds end or Horseshoe pass. Good walking and cycling country.
My current lodgers are professionals so everyone tends to have a chat after work and because we all are early risers we usually retire about 9.30pm. Certainly not a party house.
