2 x Double rooms in peaceful Mynydd Isa

Two double rooms are available in the peaceful and sought after village of Mynydd Isa, situated between Buckley and Mold. This is my own home but due to living at my partners most of the time, I’ve decided that I may as well rent the rooms out to the correct, respectful people (I’ll be using the the little box room when staying here).

The house is on a lovely, quiet road with gorgeous views of mountains in the distance. The house is all white inside which gives a lovely, modern, peaceful and light feeling of which everyone has commented on when here.

Perfect central location for commuters, with easy access to Wrexham (23 minutes via A541), Chester (22 minutes via A55), Liverpool (40 minutes via M53), Manchester (1 hr, 6 minutes via M56) and the rest of North Wales (e. g 52 minutes to Llandudno via A55).

The price includes usage of WIFI (Unlimited, 64 mbps average download speed so it's fast) and all utility bills. Aside from the usage of the shared kitchen of which you’ll be designated a couple of cupboards etc. and the shared bathroom of which you’ll again be given a designated shelf, you can use the living room which has a great hifi set-up, dining table, electric fire, 55” TV and a 4 metre sofa, opening up on to the rear garden which is a brilliant sun trap of which again you can use. At present I also have a garage weights gym which may be moving in the future to my partners but for the mean time you can use this too.

Kitchen: Includes fridge freezer, oven, microwave, slow cooker, kettle, toaster, washing machine and all cooking equipment for use.
Bathroom: Shower and bath, lockable door handle for privacy and shelves for storage.
Garage: At present there is a weight gym with dumbbells, kettle bells, a squat rack with weights and attachments as well as a punch bag. I also have a bbq in here to bring outside for usage when you wish.

Deposit of £300 and first 2 weeks payment required up front.

Room one:
Priced at £110 per week. This room is at the the front of the house which is airy and lets in plenty of light. It comes furnished with a double bed, set of drawers, 32” smart TV, 1 x side table with a lamp, curtains and a huge built in wardrobe. The radiator has an adjustable heat valve for your comfort and the door has a key locked handle for complete privacy. The bedroom size is approximately 12 foot x 10.2 foot. The carpets will be thoroughly cleaned and paint rejuvenated immediately before the lodger moves in.

Room two:
Priced at £100 per week. This room is at the the rear of the house overlooking the garden, which again is airy and lets in a huge amount of of light. It comes furnished with a double bed, 1 x side table with a lamp, curtains and a built in wardrobe ready with hangers (A new bi-fold door will be attached to this before the lodger moves in, so please ignore that it doesn’t have one on the picture). The radiator has an adjustable heat valve for your comfort and the door has a key locked handle for complete privacy. The bedroom size is approximately 10.2 foot x 10.2 foot. The carpets will be thoroughly cleaned and paint rejuvenated immediately before the lodger moves in.

* I am house proud so the house is kept clean at all times therefore I would expect you to respect this and clean up after yourself (Standard really and doesn’t really need stating)
* Strictly no smoking INSIDE the house at any time. If found to be even once, you’ll lose your deposit, will be required to remove your belongings and exit the house immediately.
* Unfortunately no pets are allowed unless it’s fish / a hamster / basically anything small that doesn’t smell. I have a small bengal cat myself which is here sometimes as she's normally at my partners unless my partners working away. I’m allergic to cats but Bengals are hypoallergenic so isn’t an issue. This may also be the case with yourself if this is a concern.
