Very clean & calm household. Ideally suited to contractors/people working in the area. The room is available Sunday evening to Friday mornings.
The room is spacious light and bright and has its own desk, chair and set of drawers, luxury mattress and TV.
Fresh towels are provided weekly and the room is cleaned and bedding changed fortnightly.
We are situated 1 minute from the A55 ideally situated to anyone working in the Mold/Deeside/North Wales/Shotton Papermill/Chester/Ellesmere port area.
There is a garden to the front and rear and detached garage if you need to store bikes etc.
This is a health conscious, chilled, drama free zone. I take great pride in keeping it clean, cozy and comfortable.
FYI Its not a party household so not suitable for someone that drinks heavily/regularly.
