The property consists of 5 bedrooms of which 4 are double rooms. It has benefited from a recent refurbish of the bathroom and has a downstairs shower room and toilet.

The living room is spacious with 2 three seater sofas and an armchair, it also has a 50inch 4K television which is complimented with sky entertainment and cinema package included with the bills.

The kitchen has an 8 burner double oven, fridge/freezer and communal homeware so any potential housemates don’t need to worry about pots/pans. Each housemate has their own spacious cupboard.

Along with the fridge/freezer in the kitchen there is a fridge/freezer situated in the dining room as-well as a deep fill freezer in the utility room. Each housemate has designated shelves in the fridges/freezers.

The utility room comprises of a washing machine and tumble/dryer.

The garden is split into two tiers. The courtyard which has a seating area and BBQ and the grassed area which is also paved for additional parking. The house benefits from a private drive to the rear of the property.

We are ideally looking for young professionals of similar age. We are a social household often cooking together, going for walks, drinks etc so looking for someone with similar interests.
