Looking for a lodger in this bright double room

I'm looking for a lodger to share my house in Meliden, the room is bright with lots of storage and lovely views. The house has a shared bathroom, kitchen, lounge, office and a large garden. It sits at the bottom of Meliden mountain which is great for walks and bike rides.

Ideally you would want to live here long term on a monthly rolling contract. Rent for a single occupant is £550pcm, Council tax and wifi is included but gas, electricity and water bills are usually around £55pcm.

You would be living with the current housemate Daisy who is a friendly dietitian working at Glan Clwyd Hospital, she enjoys bike rides, hiking and animals. I live in Manchester but come back home to visit family every now and then. I work in Manchester as a design lecturer. I'm a liberal, arty, open minded guy. Ideally we would be looking for someone similar who is friendly, open minded and respectful. We like a peaceful home and would like to get along with our new housemate. We don't mind smokers if you smoke outside and we're happy to consider pets.
