We have a room available for rent in our family household, and we're seeking a friendly working or professional lodger to join us. Our home is located in a lovely woodland area by a river, just a short drive from Ruthin, Denbigh, and Mold.

As a lodger in our home, you'll have access to several other parts of the property, including the kitchen, utility room, large dining area, which also doubles up as a space for yoga\exercise. And when the weather is nice, you can take advantage of the outside dining area by the kitchen There's a shared off-road parking area for your convenience.

Our family includes a teen son, a large hound dog, and a semi-friendly cat, so if you love animals, you'll fit right in! We're a vaping-friendly, non-smoking household, and we love to travel, take our dog for walks, 3D print, watch movies, listen to music and cook homemade food.

We can be a bit messy in the kitchen, but our last lodger got us in training and I'm glad to say we are much improved!

One thing to note is that our home is located up a mile-long track, so you'll need to have a car or be ready to be active to make your way up to our house. But we promise the effort will be worth it once you see our beautiful home and meet our friendly family.
