Room share in beautiful countryside

I have a double room for rent in a bungalow in the beautiful Flintshire countryside between Halkyn and Rhosesmor approx 5 miles from Mold in one direction and Holywell in the other. I'm looking for a quiet, respectful, tidy, friendly female to join myself and my other room mate. *EDIT* I'm getting a lot of messages from men asking about this room but I am unable to let it to a man due to personal reasons of my other room mate. Please respect this, thank you.

It's a chilled, friendly house with no drama.. I don't allow smoking or pets but you are welcome to smoke outside.

There is excellent, safe, off road parking outside my property and the room has just been revamped and decorated.

Please note this is a serviced let, so the monthly amount includes me cleaning all common areas such as kitchen, bathroom, lounge and conservatory. You only have to look after your own room. There is a 42" smart TV at your disposal in your room or a 49" with surround sound in the lounge. I have excellent fibre optic broadband with almost no dropouts at all.
