Room can easily fit a double bed and I'm happy to have a couple for an extra £20pw. A new boiler has been fitted and the house is lovely and warm and we have a log burner in the shared middle room. A new roof has been fitted, the whole of the rear house has new double glazed UPVC windows and I have laid a new Welsh slate floor throughout the ground floor.

You will have the run of the property for the most part as I work away from home. I'm easy going and don't mind people smoking in the kitchen and back sitting room but would rather people not smoke around the house generally. I'm happy to make exceptions at times.

There's a shared middle sitting room which has been fully decorated and has TV & Online Media (Netflix Amazon & Disney), a kitchen and small backyard. New stainless sink, new cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine and the whole kitchen has been newly tiled out. The new bathroom is all working. New Fast Internet on a shared bill £2 each pw.

I can help with sourcing furniture and we are also just round the corner from a very good second hand furniture shop which has just about everything you might need at very good prices.

House is centrally located near the railway station and beach. Very close to all great shops: B&M, Argos, Home Bargains, Iceland, Aldi, Morrison's and lots of local pubs and cafe's.. The view from the front windows is beautiful as the house is opposite the grounds of a large church.

I have lots of skills which I'm willing to share and would like an honest person to share my home with who will keep it safe when I'm away at work.
