Female only household- 2 Rooms available

Four bedroom detached house in a quiet culdesac on the Maes y Gog estate on the outskirts of Rhyl to Dyserth Road .

Room 1,- You have a newly refurbished room to include Single bed, fitted double wardrobe, dressing table and storage unit , chest of drawers and access to shared bathroom with one other.

Room 2 - you have double bed , fitted wardrobe , dressing table and chest of drawers, shared bathroom with one other.

You will need to provide your own bedding and towels.

We share the kitchen ,diner /living room ,garden, decking area, utility room. Parking for one vehicle the other is in the street and not on the drive as these spaces are taken up.

I am Looking for a professional female preferably to share with 56 year old professional female.

I do not want " working from home" circumstances please.

This is a lodgings scenario , so there will be no guests day or night without prior discussion.

There will be a lodgers contract in place so a months notice to quit is required from either you or I.

Should you come to your term of leaving and need an extra few days over then this can be paid on a pro rata basis (per day) .

You are expected to be clean and tidy and wash up and clean kitchen up after yourself, and to clean your own room and bathroom at least weekly.

You will need a deposit, references and provide a months rent in advance.

The room will not be let unless we meet first in a viewing or on FaceTime. It is important to me that we are a good match to co -exist in the same house hold.
