We have 1 double room to rent with furniture included,(tv, bed, bedside cabinets, draws,) we only have 1 bathroom so it will be shared, we are looking for a person who is polite and considerate, we have a few pets (dogs, cats & outdoor pets).
We are a gay couple so this needs to be taken into consideration when looking at this room.
Washing machine / dryer use
We have street parking but it can be tight at times, so rear alley parking is available, we are currently in the process of renovating room by room so please keep this in mind.
We are close to two train stations one heading to Wrexham and the other towards Manchester
