We have a room available in our lovely house, ideally situated in the middle of Shotton, close to the shops and scenic walks along the River Dee. It is within easy commuting distance to Chester, the Wirral and big companies in the area like Airbus and Tata Steel.

My husband and I are away travelling long term, so will not be living in the house (although may pop in from time to time). However our trusted friend is living in one of the rooms and looking after viewings and moving in of new housemates.

This room ,The Sky Room, is the entire top floor, with a private staircase up and its own WC consisting of a loo and sink. It comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and sofa.

The shared facilities include:
 - Recently re-done bathroom with loo, shower, bath and towel rail.
 - The kitchen which has a dishwasher, kettle, microwave etc.
- A conservatory space with washing machine and large fridge-freezer
- Two living room spaces, one light and airy with a dining room table and the other cosy and with a log burner, perfect for movie nights and the winter months.
- Garden with decking
- Locked shed for storage of bikes.

We can be flexible with the term of tenancy.
Couples and pets may be considered. An additional £200 to stated room price will be applied for a couple and £50 for a pet per calendar month.

Deposit of £200. Bills including wi-fi are all included.
