Excellent location in quite area close to a lovely park so ideal for jogging or walking or just getting some head space after work, amenities and link roads put the house in an ideal location for easy routes to the major link roads, business parks and industrial estates in Chester and north Wales. Five minutes from Wrexham industrial estate and ten minutes from the Maelor hospital, close to town and yale, Sharing the house with myself and my dog (who is friendly and lots of fun) you will have access to fiber internet and parking bays are always available.
