Off road parking on the outskirt of Wrexham, it's ideally located just a mile from Wrexham town centre being just off the main A483 Gresford/Wrexham Ind. Est. roundabout.
Recently fully decorated and re-carpeted, you'll have your own extra large double bedroom with a double bed & bedding, large inbuilt cupboard storage, double wardrobe, chest of draws and a 32" flat screen TV (the X-box & PC in the pictures will not be available). 125Mbps superfast broadband is available throughout the house.
Shared areas are a large furnished lounge with 50" flat screen TV, large kitchen diner (brand-new fully fitted kitchen with integral appliances & washing machine) and a modern bathroom with toilet, bath & shower.
Outside there’s parking for up to 4 cars, a front garden, rear garden and a very large garden area to the side.
