It is modern, cosy and has been great for walking to Wrexham 10 mins, Erddig 20 mins and the Lidil is literally 5 mins walk. The double room has fitted warbrobes so plenty of storage. You can enjoy sitting on the outdoor decking in garden also listening to the church bells or the chorus sung at Wrexham Football ground at a pleasant distance. Some people are amazed how central it is - yet so quiet!!
Many days you will be able to enjoy peace on your own unlike sharing a HMO! So I am looking for responsible lodger applicants that accept some pre-tenancy checks to make sharing this wonderful home a positive experience for us both.
