Double room available with your own bathroom

The room includes a double bed, clothes rail, side tables, chest of drawers and a smart tv.

You’ll share the house with a young couple (24&32) such as the living room, kitchen and outdoor space. You will have your own parking space right in front of the house so you don’t need to worry about blocking anyone in or being blocked in.

We like to surf, go the gym and generally be outdoors. We both work mon-fri 9-5 so will be out the house most of the week. We enjoy our music and films too, therefore it won’t always be a quiet house. We’re quite tidy people and would love it if you were too and didn’t cause too much clutter.

If you don’t have a car there are buses that go through Blackwater that you can take. You’ll be less than a 10 minute drive to St Agnes and less than 20 minutes to Truro (Treliske hospital is about a 10 minute drive from here).
