1 month deposit and 1 month rent for move in. I would be looking for a long term let rather than short stays, but always welcome to see if your time scale would suit.
The house would suite a single responsible person.
Lovely back garden.
Smokers welcome however no smoking at all inside the house.
There are 2 very social cats in the house who tend to be more in the communal areas.
Lounge isn’t communal unfortunately as this is my space.
