Good sized, double glazed, south facing upstairs room, available in 19th C. cottage near Bude Canal at Rhod's Bridge, in Lower Upton.
Clean, modern, bathroom adjacent. Shared lounge and fully fitted kitchen with utility room off.
Also downstairs w. c.
Heating in bedroom and throughout, wood stove in lounge.
Off road parking, south facing garden, surrounded by meadows.
Lovely quiet location yet a moments drive or short walk to Bude itself or the coast.
And only a short cycle on the nearby Cycle Path, or walk along canal to Summerleaze and town facilities.
I travel alot for work, so am looking for responsible sharer(s) who can also take care of things if I am away.
clean living preferred, beach oriented life/lives, and environmental awareness would be a good fit, and a very long let possible in right circumstances.
I have put Vegetarian Prefered, as I very rarely eat meat,(nothing 'farmed' really, so just occasional clean roadkill pheasant) although I do eat fish
Rent quoted is for a single sharer,(it's a good sized room that can easily fit a double bed) and includes C. T, other bills shared.
Couples welcome subject to minor rent adjustment.
