NB: We do not accept anybody with any pets nor children. The rooms available are double rooms for single people. There are other lodgers in the property whose privacy and peacefulness must be considered.

There are 2 rooms available:

Each bedroom has plenty of storage with room under bed a full-sized triple wardrobe. One room has a small double sofa (£550 per month) and the larger bedroom has a comfortable armchair and writing desk with bedside table (£600 per month).

All bills are included. (Electricity, water, heating & council tax) and there is also high-speed internet / wi-fi available. Tv, towels, bed linen and plants not included in the rooms although we can help with towels and bed linen on a temporary basis if you don’t have any at first. Those are the only things a lodger really needs to bring.

We allow you to use anything which is in the kitchen (pots, pans, cutlery, plates, cups, glasses etc) but of course you are free to bring your own kitchen items as long as you can fit everything into your two allocated kitchen cupboards and one drawer. There are 2 large fridge-freezers and a separate small fridge so plenty of room for your foodstuffs in your allocated sections. There is also a tumble-dryer and separate washing machine. Iron, ironing board and clothes horses are also available to use.

The property is situated down a quiet lane just a few minutes’ walk from the centre of beacon village, where you will find a convenience store, pub, fish and chip shop, butchers, hairdressing salon and church. The house enjoys lovely views of the coastline at Hayle all the way around to St. Ives in the distance

It’s ideally located being only 20 minutes’ drive from Penzance, St. Ives and Falmouth and about 30 minutes from Truro. The train station in Camborne is only 980 meters away down the hill.

This is not a "houseshare" but you do have access to the kitchen / dining room, utility room, lodgers’ bathroom, garden area and of course your own bedroom. There is also off-road parking on the driveway.
