The room is for single occupancy only,
The price includes all bills (with fair use electric) and fast wifi and
Shared bathroom has both a bath and shower
Shared kitchen/diner with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer
There is also a sunny south facing decked area and back garden with lovely views.

The house is in a quiet cul de sac, 10 mins to Portreath, 5 mins Tehidy woods, 12 mins Godrevy, 5 mins Camborne. 20 mins to Truro, Helston, Falmouth, Penzance

The house is close to lots of great walks and cycling trails including Tehidy woods, North cliffs, the great flat lode and coast to coast trails.

I'm easy going, very outdoorsy and into arts and crafts. I'm also self employed and work from home, so ideally looking for a clean and tidy professional/student to share with, who works out of the house.

Ideally looking for a more long term lodger, but shorter ok for the right person.

I'm quite happy to accommodate small well behaved dogs, max 2, and have a 100% dog proof front and back garden. I recently lost my 17 year old rescue Jack Russell, so I'm a very dog friendly person. But I won't takes cats, sorry.
