The annexe is attached to the landlord's property & though it is adjacent to the main road, it is in a parcel of 4 acres of garden & fields. There is a shared entrance but the space is sperate from the main house & private. It is on two floors. There is a bedroom & bathroom upstairs & a kitchen come living area, with a log burner downstairs. Upstairs there isn't a huge amount of headroom, hence the small person or people comment! All previous tenants have loved the vibe of the Annexe :)
We are looking for a fairly quiet & self contained professional person or people, who are respectful of where they live.
A short term let is possible but a long term let would be preferred. We are open to negotiating what might work for other people & ourselves in relation to renting the Annexe.
I will do a video walk round rather than upload photographs at this point. The Annexe is at the far end of a Grade II Georgian House & is in good condition.
