Double room to rent located within 3 bed modern and clean house.

In a semi-rural location with local amenities ( farm shop and restaurant next door) five minutes from A30, very close to Godrevy/ Gwithian beaches, easy commuting distance from Truro ( 20 mins) and well placed for Hayle and West Cornwall.

I’m looking for a professional, friendly and considerate tenant . They will have use of the house and garden and parking space. Will be sharing with another tenant ( male, 25yrs) . I ( the landlord, professional female, 31 years) live away but keep a room at the property for occasional stays only. You will have full use of the kitchen, bathrooms, lounge, dining space and garden.

Bedroom: double bed , under bed storage , built in shelving and rail. Curtains and blind.

Rest of property;

2 bathrooms- one with shower and one with large corner bath, both with sink and w/c .

Kitchen is fully equipped including Washer / dryer. There is an open plan lounge and dining area.
