Room in Delabole

A double room in Delabole village available. There is a nice big kitchen if you enjoy cooking! Dining room, lounge with a projector, conservatory and art room. There is a shower room, bathroom and a downstairs toilet. There is fiber broadband. The house has a driveway with an electric car charging point and a garden backing onto a field. Council tax band B. Room is currently unfurnished, but can provide furniture.

There are lovely local walks to the woods, park, allotments and quarry with super views. We are about 2miles from the coastal path, Tregardock (good for experienced surfers) and Trebarwith beach are the closest beaches, about 40min walk/5mins by car and Polzeath is only 15min by car. Rough Tor is also about 15 mins by car. So if you enjoy being in nature, this is a good spot as you are spoilt for choice! Public transport isn’t great, more suitable for someone that has their own car/bike.

You would be staying with me, my husband, and two kids. We currently run a science and art gallery. We are a vegan household and enjoy being outdoorsy and creative. We are sociable and enjoy sharing a meal, going to the beach, long walk or rock climbing with housemates, but equally happy to give space.
