This attic room is a lovely bright airy and spacious room with plenty of storage.
There is a double mattress that is a snug with a corner sofa for relaxing on in the sunshine.
The house is owned by myself and we keep it immaculate of you can't clean up after your self or respect nice things this is not a house for you.
We are all very realxed enjoy cooking a big meal and having a few beers.
The garden/court yard is shared. In there is seating, when the rain finally stops the BBQ will be rolled out.
The parking is on the road but is it a quite road so i never an issue.
The location is perfect town is a 5 minute walk and Gylly beach is 10 minutes.
All bills and council tax are included.
